Dixie Open Fall 2009 Entry Form
The USM Table Tennis Club is holding this unsanctioned tournament for the first 25 players entering on September 25 in our home building, The Payne Center, on the USM Campus. We would like to invite all players to participate. The level is expected to range from established tournament player to novice club player. Players will be divided into three flights by their win/loss records during the day. There will be an initial round Robin to separate the players. Following that, there will be a second Round Robin with players with similar win/loss records from the morning. The top two players from each of the second round robin groups will advance to a single elimination play off in each flight.
Although this will be an unsanctioned tournament, USATT rules will apply. All players should note the new ban on gluing. No gluing will be allowed at the tournament site!!!
There will be no lunch supplied; however a lunch break of 1 hour will be scheduled into the day.
